I came to yoga looking for a way to feel more at home in my body. After years of hypermobility, overtraining and feeling disconnected from myself, I needed movement that felt supportive rather than something else to push through.
Yoga gave me permission to slow down, breathe and listen. Over time, it changed my relationship with movement and reshaped what strength and wellbeing meant to me.
Now, as a yoga teacher, that experience sits at the heart of how I teach. I create warm, welcoming spaces where you can explore your practice without pressure or expectation — adapting, resting and finding what feels right for your body.
Because I believe yoga should meet you where you are.
